CenterPoint Energy and United Way of Greater Houston have joined forces to create CenterPoint Energy Emerging Leaders Institute, aimed at preparing mid-level managers in Houston’s nonprofit sector who aspire to leadership. The program seeks to create a robust leadership pipeline that reflects the city’s rich cultural community.
