United Way Project Blueprint prepares community members for board service, ensuring that Greater Houston's nonprofit sector reflects our community's rich tapestry of voices, perspectives, and experiences. This hybrid program runs for 10 to 12 weeks and features various content, beginning with an overnight retreat and culminating in a graduation.
Classes cover topics such as board roles and responsibilities, strategic planning, legal/ethical decision-making, and more.
United Way Board Fair
The United Way Board Fair is an annual event that connects aspiring board members with local nonprofit organizations.
