Interagency Network

Our Interagency Information & Referral Network offers health and human service organizations a valuable opportunity to keep abreast of issues that affect our community. The Interagency Network provides a monthly forum for learning about resources, discussing current issues, and keeping up to date on existing services.

Meetings are on the second Thursday of every month from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m.

Elder Service Provider Network / ESPN

The Elder Service Provider Network (ESPN) offers a unique blend of personal interaction and professional development for those who serve older adults. By learning about resources and issues impacting seniors, participants have been able to maximize their efforts, problem-solving difficult cases and sharing hard-to-find resources.

Meetings are on the fourth Tuesday of every month from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Mission United

Mission United brings veteran service providers together monthly for networking, education, building collaborations, and exchanging information and referrals. Mission United Network meetings assist in identifying unmet needs and gaps in services and allow providers to enhance service for veterans, service members, and their families in the Greater Houston Area.

Meetings are on the 4th Tuesday of the month from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. via Zoom.

Fort Bend Connect

Fort Bend CONNECT is a network of nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and faith-based groups providing social services in Fort Bend County.

Bay Area Collective Partners

Bay Area Collaborative Partners brings all Bay Area nonprofits, organizations, state/city/county/local entities, and faith-based organizations together to network, share resource information, program services, and problem solve any client needs. Each meeting has a program topic which is highlighted, which brings education, knowledge of services, and eligibility for direct client referrals into resources.
