Government Funding Initiative
United Way Nonprofit Connection’s new Government Funding Initiative is designed to help Houston-area nonprofits develop their ability to secure and manage local, state and federal funding.
Houston Endowment’s new funded initiatives include:
• Customized training modules
• Peer learning experiences to increase access to public funds
• Ability to apply for small grants for consulting support
• Access to resource hub that will include grant search options
• Comprehensive consultant directory
• Range of tools and resources that will help nonprofits diversify their funding portfolios
The program will get under way in March 2025.
