BakerRipley’s Utility Assistance Program supports Neighbors in Harris, Brazoria and Galveston Counties with payment of their electricity, gas or propane utility bills thanks to funding from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs

 

How To Apply

Visit the BakerRipley website to apply online.

Applications will open on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, and will accept up to 4,000 applications.

PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP OR LEGAL RESIDENCY FOR ALL HOUSEHOLD MEMBERS (US Passport, US Birth Certificate, Permanent Resident Card, Certificate of Naturalization or Certificate of US Citizenship)

PROOF OF INCOME FOR THE LAST 30 DAYS FOR ALL HOUSEHOLD MEMBERS 18 YEARS OR OLDER, INCLUDING: Wages, Social Security income, unemployment, SNAP/TANF, retirement, disability income, child support,
