Hurricane Beryl Relief Is on the Way
The Greater Houston Disaster Alliance (GHDA) has started issuing grants from the Hurricane Beryl Recovery Fund to nonprofits that serve eligible impacted households. The initial funds will be used to provide flexible emergency financial assistance to low-to-moderate-income households and to help with home repairs for those in need. We are getting closer to the big day when dozens of supporters of the United Way of Greater Houston will bravely rappel down 26 stories of the DoubleTree Galleria, all to ensure that our Greater Houston neighbors in need are able to land on their feet—and stay there.
