Happy New Year!

On behalf of all those who count on United Way of Greater Houston each and every day, we thank you for your generosity and wish you a new year filled with health, hope, and joy.

The Best Breakfast in Houston Just Got Better

United Way of Greater Houston has secured a cause marketing collaboration with The Breakfast Klub family of restaurants. From January 22 to Feb 2, when Houstonians dine at The Breakfast Klub, Reggae Hut, or Kulture, they will have an opportunity to donate to United Way of Greater Houston. The collaboration will run for two weeks, helping make an impact one plate at a time. Join us!

The 2024 Investment Process is here!

Our upcoming investment process begins with a Funding Conference on February 15 where we will share everything you need to know about the process and partnership opportunities.

If your organization is interested in partnering with United Way, join us on February 15 to learn more about working together to connect people to possibility. You’ll learn about United Way’s investment strategy, focus on data and collaboration, and upcoming funding opportunities. We’ll also walk through qualification criteria, eligible services, priority regions, and more.

For details about qualification criteria, eligible services, priority regions, and more visit our website.

Alexis de Tocqueville Society revs up

Surrounded by cool cars and some of the coolest philanthropists in Greater Houston, United Way’s Alexis de Tocqueville Society kicked off its 2023 – 2024 campaign at ALARA Garage. The October event brought hundreds of members together to hear about how their support drives impact.

Special thanks to co-chairs Amy Chronis of Deloitte, Marty Goossen of J.P. Morgan Private Bank, and Sarah Trend of ExxonMobil, for their leadership. And thank you to our ADT members for accelerating positive change in our community!

See photos from the event.

It’s getting hot in here!

On January 30, join us for a sizzling evening with culinary genius Chris Shepherd and our Campaign Chair, Armando Perez at our upcoming United Way’s LINC and Young Leaders event!

Get ready for a fiery rendition of Hot Ones—a spicy conversation with hot questions and even hotter wings. Don’t miss out on this flavorful experience!
